FALL SESSION (September 9-December 1)

  • Mini Spartans (45 minutes) = $180 + GST/MGA fee
  • Jr. Spartans (1 hour)  = $207 + GST/MGA fee
  • Jr. Spartans (2 hours) = $360 + GST/MGA fee
  • Adaptive Program (1 hour) = $252 + GST/MGA fee
  • Parkour (1 hour) = $207 + GST/MGA fee

Tumbling Only (September 9 – December 1)

  • Tumbling Levels 1, 2 & 3(1.5 hours) = $288.75 + GST/MGA fee

OPEN GYM Supervised by qualified coach, but unstructured allowing individuals to move freely throughout the gym.

Adult/Teen Open Gym Drop in $10/person, Cash Only

Waiver for individuals under 18 must be signed by a parent/guardian  

MGA insurance fee $3 per drop in or $45 for the entire season which covers individual from September to August.

Mini Spartans

Preschool Ages 18 months – 5

This recreational program is designed to introduce gymnastics to both boys and girls in a fun and encouraging environment.  The goal is to build basic fundamental gymnastics skills.

  • Mini Spartans 2 (ages 3-4)
  • Mini Spartans 3 (ages 4-5)

Junior Spartans

For school-aged children 5+

This recreational program is designed to continue to build on gymnastics skills and technique for both boys and girls.  The focus is on developing strength, flexibility and coordination in a fun and encouraging environment. The Advanced class is designed to start working on more complex gymnastics skills for those that have prior gymnastics experience.

Adaptive Program

For children with cognitive or development delays ages 5+

This recreational program is designed to introduce gymnastics to both boys and girls in a fun and encouraging environment.  The focus is always on abilities not disabilities.  Children in this class will work on developing strength, balance, coordination, flexibility and body awareness.  Programming has been developed under the guidance of professional Occupational Therapists.

Parkour

For school-aged children 6+

Parkour is the physical discipline of moving as efficiently and as fast as possible through your environment by jumping, running, vaulting, swinging, climbing and rolling.  Children will build strength, agility, body awareness and balance in a fun and encouraging environment.

Pre-Competitive


Spartans

This program is designed for both boys and girls to prepare them to enter into the competitive stream.  Assessments are done to determine if the pre-competitive program is appropriate.  This structured program is designed to build strength, agility, flexibility and technique.  The time commitment in this program ranges from 1-4 hours per week.
  • Spartans 1 (1 hour a week)

  • Spartans 4 (4 hours a week)

Competitive


Junior Olympic

This structured program is designed to build on more complex gymnastics skills and build strength, agility, flexibility and technique.  There are specific technical skills required to compete at each level and all gymnasts will be assessed prior to placement in any level.  These gymnasts will compete in Manitoba and may compete across Canada and the USA as well.  The time commitment in this program is 6-20+ hours per week.
  • JO1-JO10 AGES 6+ (Girls)
  • Provincial Level 1-5 AGES 8+ (Boys)
  • National Open AGES 14+ (Boys)
